The Marketing Communications Department of Moxa Europe GmbH is seeking a Working Student (m/f/d), based in Munich, to support and enhance our B2B marketing communications efforts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in various aspects of marketing - including digital marketing, social media, event marketing, and content creation - with the goal of increasing brand and product awareness for Moxa and its solutions among the defined target audience.
The working student position is planned for six to twelve months, with an average of 15-20 working hours per week. An extension of the contract duration may be considered. During lecture-free periods, working hours can be increased to up to 40 hours per week.
Key responsibilities:
§ Update and maintain the Moxa European website using WordPress
§ Write and edit social media posts, create engaging content, and support the creation and execution of email campaigns
§ Analyse metrics from social media, campaign results, Google Analytics, and more
§ Review and update presentations while ensuring compliance with Moxa’s corporate style guide
§ Support trade fair activities by managing lead collection and coordinating smaller tasks
§ Assist with partner events by creating marketing materials and supporting on-site event organization
§ Provide regular PR clipping to monitor and analyse media coverage
§ Manage and execute the accurate entry of marketing-related invoices into the internal systems
§ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing and Channel Sales, to ensure effective collaboration across departments
